What do you need to know?

For time / arrival at the car park, please enter your arrival at the car park, not the departure data, i.e. at least 2 hours before departure.

For valet service, please enter your arrival at the cruise terminal, i.e. at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Name of cruise ship

Entering the name of the cruise ship is useful in case of delays but is not a mandatory field.

Additional services

Use the parking time during your holiday and book additional services such as a car wash or refuelling and shopping service.

Contact details

Enter your personal contact details here. We also need the number of travellers and the vehicle registration number.

In the notes field, you can indicate special luggage or child seats needed for the shuttle transfer.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
With the shuttle service, you drive your car to the designated car park or parking garage.

From there, you and your luggage will be taken by shuttle bus directly to the cruise terminal.

The transfer to the cruise terminal usually takes only a few minutes.

On your return, you will be picked up from the cruise port and driven back to your car.

VALET PARKING
With valet parking, you drive your car directly to the cruise terminal and hand over your vehicle to an employee of the parking provider.

They will take the car to the reserved parking space or parking garage.

On your return, you can pick up your vehicle directly at the cruise port and start your journey home immediately.
